Forge Wood Primary School is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Play Leader, where you'll play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging lunchtime experience for our students!

Your opportunity

Forge Wood Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Lunchtime Play Leader for a term-time permanent position (part time 7.5hrs per week).

The successful candidate will be a friendly and reliable team member with an interest in working with children in our growing school. The role is varied and encompasses supporting all children during their lunch time, both in the dining room and at play.

What we are looking for

• Proven Ability to work on own initiative

• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety

• A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults

• Enjoys working as part of a team

• Good communicator with children and adults

Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Forge Wood Primary our cluster includes the following other schools; Southgate Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School, Lime Tree Primary School, Merstham Primary School.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £22,764 FTE

Actual Salary: £4,079.94 (7.5 hrs per week, term time only)

Hours of work: 7.5 per week. Monday - Friday, 11.45am - 1.15pm, term time only (39 weeks)
